Symptoms

When resuming a savegame and the savegame has items from "The Snowy Mountain Dungeon" DLC, the game complains about "requiring access to additional content".. Screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/YJw5R4C

Reproduction

Start the game and resume a completed game.

I can provide savegames if necessary to reproduce. It doesn't happen when you start a new game, though Tankko the Warrior would probably unavailable in multiplayer as well. I've tried running it on a partition with casefold, no difference.

Start by reproducing the issue using the listed Proton version and a completed savegame containing items from The Snowy Mountain Dungeon DLC. Inspect the linked Proton log while resuming the save; done means the game no longer reports that additional content is required, including the reported multiplayer-related case.
