Description

Compatibility Report

  • Name of the game with compatibility issues: Zero Hour
    App ID | 1359090

System Information

  • GPU: RTX 3070
  • Driver/LLVM version: Tried Both 460 and 470
  • Kernel version: 5.13.16-xanmod and generic
  • Proton version: Multiple experimental, 6.16 ge, 6.3.5

I confirm:

  • that I haven't found an existing compatibility report for this game.
  • that I have checked whether there are updates for my system available.

Symptoms

Game starts fine, FPS is stable and runs any first loaded map at around 100+ FPS. When match is over, and sent to main menu FPS is cut in half. loading the next map will cause fps to go down by around half, if done again happens again. did not happen before games latest big update. Happens 95 percent of the time.

Research direction

No source files, tests, or entry points are identified. Start by reproducing Zero Hour (App ID 1359090) across the listed Proton versions and kernels, observing FPS after successive map loads. Done would require confirming the post-update degradation and identifying a reproducible compatibility fix.
