Symptoms

The game starts fine but a fatal error appears soon, the game keeps running but crashes within a minute. I've tried both Proton 6.3.6 and Experimental, both DX11 and DX12 renderers and it's exactly the same.

Research direction

The report names no source file or test; start by launching Life is Strange: True Colors with Proton 6.3-6 or Experimental and browse the main menu. Read the attached steam-936790.log while reproducing the failure. Done means the fatal error and crash no longer occur during the reported menu sequence.
