Videos and cutscenes do not play properly; a test pattern is merely shown in their place. Audio seems to work properly, however

Reproduction

This issue can be easily replicated by launching the game and allowing opening cutscenes and logos to play; test pattern will be shown

For the record, Trails in the Sky FC (251150) and Trails in the Sky SC (251290) also have issues with playing video cutscenes; albeit their issue is that the video scenes play at a slower rate than they should, resulting in audio and video de-syncing

Start with the attached steam-436670.log and the compatibility report, then reproduce the launch using Proton 6.3-6. Investigate why the opening videos show a test pattern while audio works; done means the cutscenes and logos render correctly for Steam AppID 436670.
