Symptoms

FMVs (the cutscenes) don't play in the Mega Man ZX games of the collection. Instead of playing, there's a blank (white) screen while the music of the scene prior to the FMV keeps playing. The cutscene can be skipped however. Most likely a Media Foundation problem.

Reproduction

1. Launch the game.
2. Start either of the ZX games (Mega Man ZX or Mega Man ZX Advent).
3. Play until an FMV starts playing (a white screen should show up).

Start by reproducing the issue with Mega Man ZX or Mega Man ZX Advent using Proton 5.13-6 and the listed Steam AppID. Review the linked system information and reproduce the white FMV screen; done means the cutscenes play instead of showing a blank screen while the prior music continues.
