New installed games wont start

Symptoms

Any new games i try to install and run simply refuses to launch. I recently installed ghostrunner demo, ultimate epic battle simulator, and now aimlab. The log is always simliar to this:

Compare the completed report with existing game compatibility issues and pull requests. Done means the launch failure is reproducible with complete environment details and its compatibility cause or relevant existing report is identified.
