Description
So this error happened to me last year when I used glorious eggrolls fork whenever I would launch a Windows game via proton. On regular steam proton I wouldn't get it until this release of 5.13. Now I know this is a false positive error since I only get while launching proton games. Linux native games do not give these errors and neither does every other task that is non steam related.
I'm using POP OS 20.04 with a GTX 1080 and an I7 4790K with 32GB of ram.

Research direction
The report names no source file, test, or entry point. Start by reproducing the Proton 5.13 game launch on POP!_OS 20.04 with the stated hardware, then compare the kernel I/O message with native games and non-Steam tasks. Done requires identifying a Proton-specific cause or documenting that the error is outside Proton.
