Symptoms

Game crashes to desktop about one second into the Ubisoft intro video. It used to work on previous 5.13 release.

Reproduction

Install the game, start it on Proton 5.13-4. Do note I already disabled Steam overlay for this game as others have reported conflicts. I disabled Uplay overlay as well.

Start by reproducing Assassin's Creed Brotherhood (Steam AppID 48190) on Proton 5.13-4 and compare its behavior with the previous 5.13 release.
