Potentially stuck python script with Proton 5.13

I've not been able to launch any game with Proton 5.13 on Fedora 33 since launch. Tested Quake Champions (2017), Quake IV (2005) and various of other installed games and reinstalled my system with the same result. Additionally on application exit, a ton of leftover processes such as bwrap, pressure vessel, etc. seems to run indefinitely until I shut down my system.

System information:

• Fedora 33 (x86_64), Gnome 3.38.2 on Wayland.
• I've tested the latest stable and beta Steam builds for Linux.

Steps for reproduce:

1. Install Proton 5.13 (latest) and restart Steam.
2. Install a game of your choice.
3. Launch your game.
4. Nothing will happen and have to revert back to Proton 5.0.

Reproduce the failure on Fedora 33 with Proton 5.13 using the listed game-launch steps. Start by reading the soldier runtime log and full system configuration, then compare the leftover bwrap and pressure-vessel processes after exit. Done means the game launches and those processes terminate without requiring a system shutdown.
