Symptoms

When trying to load gstreamer plugin to play a video the program soft-locks(you can't click past it like mentioned on the protonDB page. You can go into settings of the game to disable video. But the video are kind of important(at least to me). Trying to use the steam runtime quits before the game even loads.

Reproduction

I've included a save that is one dialog line before the video starts playing. Load save 3 and click to advance.

Start by loading save 3 from NatPT_Save.zip and advancing the dialog to reproduce the video soft-lock. Review steam-721010_GE.log and steam-721010_513.log, then compare behavior across the listed Proton versions and Steam runtime. Done means the video plays without locking the game and the Steam runtime reaches the game.
