Research direction

Start by reading steam-42670_dxvk.log and steam-42670_wined3d.log, then reproduce Singularity's main-menu cursor behavior with Proton 5.0-9 on Arch Linux. The issue is resolved when the cursor no longer disappears behind the menu or follows an invisible line during horizontal movement.
