Movie/cinematics doesn't play at all, but unlike https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/90 it doesn't crash/hangs the game, it just skips the movie and continue as normal

Reproduction

  1. Start Warriors Orochi 4
  2. press any key -> Gallery -> Movies
  3. Try to play any movies and nothing happened, while the movie should play
