Game does not run properly in full-screen, issue that was not present in previous version of Proton, AFAIK.

BTW, I should have said it before, but, I am forced to run it with Proton since the native version never worked for me.

Settings related to windowed/full-screen modes are not present in the options menu.

Reproduction

1. Click on "Play" from the Steam client
2. As soon as the game starts, it will not be using the whole screen, even in native resolution (QHD in this case), as shown in the provided screenshot

Start by reviewing the attached steam-246620.log and full system information report, then reproduce Plague Inc: Evolved with Proton 4.11.12 using the listed steps. Done means the game uses the whole screen at native QHD resolution in full-screen mode, as it did with the earlier Proton version.
