Symptoms

Game won't launch in fullscreen, and if you try to change it, the game usually crashes. Very touchy and crash prone overall. Many times if you go into the menus to change settings and attempt to leave you get an error screen in Japanese that you cannot escape, and the game has to be closed out.

Reproduction

Install game, see it wont launch in fullscreen, try to change it (and 9/10 it will crash), and then go in any Contra game and play with the menus, try to leave them.
