None of the in-game videos will play. (Causing the game to be unplayable past a certain point)

Reproduction

Play through the game to where Mr Tutorial talks about the last show going on for ages, the screen that is white should have a video containing credits. Continue playing and he should say that you should be receiving the video any second (or something like that). After that nothing happens since you never receive the video.

Start by reproducing the issue in Not For Broadcast: Prologue (Steam AppID 1201400) with Proton 4.11-11, then inspect the attached steam-1201400.log. Follow the reported sequence involving Mr Tutorial and the missing credits video. Done means the in-game videos play and the game proceeds past that point.
