I confirm:
- that I haven't found an existing compatibility report for this game.
- that I have checked whether there are updates for my system available.
I can’t find the APPID.log
Symptoms
When i press "play" at one of the two games, they show me the product keys and when I press "play" at this window, he say, that the game starts. then after two seconds the window closes and after a few seconds later again, the "play"-button changes from "cancel" to normal without any error-notification.
I think, its a problem with Steam-Play because "M&B:Warband" runs very well.
And "M&B" and "M&B:With Fire and Sword" are in the list of games, that are supported by Steam-Play.
Reproduction
Here i founded some errors:

Research direction
Start by reviewing the attached stats_log.txt and the linked system information report, then reproduce the launch failure with Proton 4.11-7. The report does not include an AppID log or identify a source file or test; done would require isolating the cause of both games failing to start and verifying a fix with a successful launch.
