Symptoms
The game has a mechanic where you have to cry to release sentiments. This triggers a cutscene (pre-rendered, i imagine it is a video file) that instead shows a black screen with only sound.
Reproduction
Play the game, clear a stage, go to the menu, go to "Organize", "Release Sentiments" and see the error.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue through Organize > Release Sentiments with Proton 4.11- and compare the result with the expected pre-rendered cutscene. Review steam-981750.log and the linked system information report for video-playback clues; done means the cutscene displays video instead of only a black screen with sound.
