Symptoms

When launching the game in fullscreen the game displays unscaled (800x600) at the top left of my screen. What happens is that the buttons no longer work as they're scaled to the display resolution (1920x1080, in my case) in an invisible manner. You can verify this by approximating where the buttons should be and clicking those areas.

Reproduction

Launch the game and the first thing you should see is two boxes representing fullscreen and windowed mode. Press the left button and you'll see exactly what I described.

No source file or test is named. Start by reproducing the fullscreen behavior with RHEM II: SE The Cave (Steam AppID 929320) under Proton 4.11-2, then inspect steam-929320.log alongside the listed system information. Done means fullscreen renders at the selected display resolution and the visible buttons receive clicks at their displayed positions.
