Symptoms

When game is installed in a folder that contains non-english character, game starts up with blank black screen and shutdowns few seconds after. (Installing on other folder solved problem)
Other games (Rimworld, Prison Architect) doesn't have same problem.

Reproduction

1. Installed Risk of Rain 2 in primary library(/home/hdd/게임/Steam).
2. Started game.

Start by reproducing Risk of Rain 2 from the Steam library path /home/hdd/게임/Steam, then inspect the attached steam-632360.log and compare it with a library path containing only ASCII characters. Done means the game starts successfully from the non-ASCII path without the blank screen and shutdown.
