Symptoms
I have been playing the game for about 6 hours and is running nicely but there is a small problem: whenever the game loads the fullscreen applications goes below the Gnome topbar. Changing the resolution back and forth fix it.
Reproduction
Simply start the game an continue playing, after the first loading screen the Gnome topbar will show.
