Symptoms

All works perfectly smooth except after Alt-Tab(ing).
After returning to the game window (fullscreen-ed), the keyboard does not work anymore.

Reproduction

1. Start the game (with PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command%)
2. Start a game / tutorial
3. Play a bit (keyboard works)
4. Alt-Tab and get back to your desktop environment
5. Switch back to the game
6. Keyboard does not work anymore (all other features, mouse, graphics, works perfectly)

Reproduce the Alt-Tab keyboard failure using Proton 3.16-7 Beta with PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command%, then review the linked Proton steam log and system information report. Done means keyboard input still works after returning to the fullscreen game while mouse and graphics remain functional.
