A compatibility report does exist but it's closed so I'm assuming that doesn't count.
The following steam log is when the nod3d11 option is disabled: steam-376300.log

Symptoms

1) Game crashes without the nod3d11 option.
2) The PS4 controller does not work on wireless mode, only when connected with a cable.

Reproduction

1) Play the game without the nod3d11 option.
2) Try using the PS4 controller in wireless mode.

EDIT:
Issue (1) does not occur anymore. Vulkan was not properly installed in my machine.

Start by reproducing the PS4 controller failure in wireless mode using the Proton version and system details in the report. Review the attached steam-376300.log for relevant input or connection errors; done means the controller works wirelessly for GUILTY GEAR Xrd -SIGN- without breaking the existing wired behavior.
