Symptoms
Mouse crosshair "resists" the targets. The crosshair does not move properly with respect to how the physical mouse moves. It's difficult to explain, but it's as if there is an invisible barrier around the targets that the crosshair cannot penetrate if you move the mouse slowly/smoothly.
Reproduction
- Install/launch game
- Try to aim at targets with default settings.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue by launching Aim Hero with Proton 3.16-4 and aiming at targets using the default settings. Compare the crosshair movement with physical mouse movement and document whether the reported resistance is still present; the report names no source file, test, or code entry point to guide an implementation.
