Symptoms

The game crash at start.
But please notice, I test this game on another computer, without GPU (Mesa 18.2.2 Intel HD Graphics 620 - Intel i5-7200U). The game start as expected but is really slow (cause it a recent game and requires a GPU).

Reproduction

• Launch the game
• A black window "Valkyria Chronicles 4" appear
• Then the black window disappear

Please note : maybe my hardware is is too old

Start by reviewing the attached Proton log and the linked system information, then reproduce the launch sequence with Proton 3.16-1 or 3.7-8 on the reported Radeon 6850HD setup. Done would require a confirmed cause and a documented compatibility fix or limitation; the issue names no source file or test.
