Symptoms
Nier: Automata plays no audio. Other applications play (including other Proton apps) and NieRAutomata.exe : audio stream #8 appears in pavucontrol set to the right output and is not muted but does not show any sound being played.
Reproduction
Clean Steam install (apt purge steam && apt install steam && rm -rf ~/.steam && steam) on Kubuntu 18.04.1, with padoka PPA.
