Description

Whitelist Request

  • Name of the game to be whitelisted: The Wonderful End of the World
  • Steam AppID of the game: 15500

System Information

I confirm:

  • that pressing the Play button in the Steam client is sufficient.
  • that no runtime config options
are necessary to run the game.
  • that no workarounds other than the mentioned ones are necessary.

Issues

  • I haven't experienced any issues.
  • There are no issues left open for this game.
  • Although I consider the gaming experience equal to Windows there are
    remaining issues:

Xbox controller was unresponsive despite being activated in the settings. I vaguely recall having similar controller problems in Windows, but cannot confirm one way or another.

Research direction

The issue provides the game name, Steam AppID 15500, Proton version 3.7-3, and system information, but names no repository file, test, or entry point. Start by locating how Proton compatibility or whitelist requests are tracked. Done would require the game to be handled as requested while considering the reported Xbox controller issue.
