Description
Issue I am having is with choppy performance of VIM in VSCode, it was not like this before, I tried installing different versions of Vim with no success.
When checking Output log for Vim I get warning errors: Invalid cursor position exactly at the same time as the choppy behavior of the cursor during entering/existing different modes and navigation during normal.
When VIM is disabled the navigation using normal keyboard keys works fine.
Latest version of vscodevim: 1.30.0
VSCode: 1.100.2
OS: Windows_NT x64 10.0.22631 (Windows 11 Corporate env)

Research direction
Start by reproducing the choppy Vim movement with VSCodeVim 1.30.0 on the reported VSCode and Windows versions, then inspect the Vim Output log where the Invalid cursor position warnings appear. Done means navigation and mode changes are smooth and those warnings no longer occur.
