Description
Describe the bug
As title, * and / are now case sensitive.
IIRC this used to be bound to the case sensitivity toggle on the "Find" pane, but now it's always case insensitive.
To Reproduce
doc:
test
TEST
Use * on line test, or type /test
Expected behavior
Only test is in search results.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in VSCodeVim 1.28.1 with the test/TEST document, using * on test and /test, then compare the behavior with the Find pane's case-sensitivity toggle. Done means * and / respect that toggle and return only the expected case-sensitive matches when it is enabled.
