Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When in normal mode, the vscodevim extension will set the statusbar color to #005f5f, which is the default value defined in vscodevim.
But the color theme may use a very different color, which make the whole UI looks a little not comfortable.
Describe the solution you'd like
I suggest vscodevim to record the current workbench statusbar color, and allow to use this color when in normal mode.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by tracing the VSCodeVim statusbar color handling for normal mode and how the current workbench theme exposes that value. Done means normal mode can use the active theme's statusbar color instead of the extension's #005f5f default.
