Description

Type: Bug

When I switch the VS Code text window for installing the "Vim plugin's Work configuration file" in the settings, and then switch to the default configuration VS Code without installing the Vim plugin, the cursor in the text is the cursor from the previous Vim, and I need to restart VS Code to display it normally. Another issue is that in the default configuration of VS Code, when switching configuration files, there is always a clock flag on the resource manager icon in the left sidebar of VS Code, which is the flag when the file has not been saved. Obviously, I haven't edited the file, so this logo looks awkward. I hope to synchronize file save status editing across configuration files and workspaces.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Reproduce the issue by switching between the Vim Work configuration and the default VS Code configuration, then trace the configuration switch and resource-manager state; done means the cursor and saved-state icon match the active configuration without restarting VS Code.
