Whenever I yank and paste my editor freezes for sometimes up to 20-40 seconds for some reason - steps to reproduce on my end simply involves those two commands (yank and paste)
The issue seems to be related to using the system clipboard as the default register as the issue goes away when setting "vim.useSystemClipboard": false
Another idea is low available memory - but I do not have an issue copying and pasting if turning the extension off so I'm thinking less likely
