Replace mode: Replace with register

As a user, I want to be able to paste over text, as described here, to keep the alignment of the line, as opposed to inserting text.

This config

    "vim.replaceModeKeyBindings": [
        {
            "before": ["<C-r>"],
            "commands": ["extension.vim_ctrl+r"]
        }
    ]

should work like <C-r> in insert mode (insertModeKeyBindings) but for replace mode (entered with R) so that register contents are pasted over text instead of inserting it. But replaceModeKeyBindings does not exist although a replace mode is available via R.

Additional context

Start by tracing how replace mode and insertModeKeyBindings are handled in the TypeScript extension. Add support for replaceModeKeyBindings so Ctrl-R can use register contents in replace mode, then verify that the contents overwrite existing text rather than insert it.
