Research direction

Start by reproducing the Korean typing behavior with VSCodeVim 1.26.0, VSCode 1.82.0, and macOS Ventura 13.5; use Developer: Show Running Extensions if environment details are needed. Compare the behavior with issue #8570, and consider the issue done when entered Korean characters appear only once as expected.
