From the Vim documentation:
In case you have messed up an option value, you can set it back to the default by putting an ampersand (&) after the option name. Example:
:set iskeyword&

Fox example, :set relativenumber correctly changes the display to relative numbers. Then I expect :set relativenumber& to change it back but it doesn't work.
