Description

Describe the bug
Search repeat is a useful feature when combined with character offset. VSCodeVim doesn't seem to work with search repeat feature.

To Reproduce

/that
//e

Expected behavior

Here are docs: https://vimdoc.sourceforge.net/htmldoc/usr_27.html

To repeat searching for the previously used search pattern, but >with a
different offset, leave out the pattern:

/that
//e

Is equal to:

/that/e

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in VSCodeVim 1.24.3 with /that followed by //e, then compare the result with Vim's documented behavior. Done means repeating a search with a different offset behaves like /that/e; no file or test is named in the issue.
