Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In Vim, inserting tabs in insert mode can be performed with either <Tab> or CTRL-I, which helps reduce travel distance from the home row.

Describe the solution you'd like
For VSCodeVim to support the <C-i> binding in insert mode.

More than happy to tackle this, as it seems rather straightforward.

Read the cited VS Code inlineCompletionsModel.ts context first, then trace VSCodeVim's insert-mode keybinding handling for the mapping. Done means is supported in insert mode and behaves like ; verify the behavior in VSCodeVim.
