change property using vim.normalModeKeyBindingsNonRecursiv

Would be nice to use a command with leader key to change settings property.

For instance, I would like to configure a way to toggle the property vim.useCtrlKeys with something like that:

The statusMessage would be an option attribute and the message it self would appear in the status bar for a brief period of time.

I think that would provide whole new level of control.

Start by tracing how vim.normalModeKeyBindingsNonRecursive settings are parsed and executed. Define the requested settings actions and statusMessage behavior, then verify that the example bindings can toggle vim.useCtrlKeys and display the resulting message.
