Description

For example, with the support of left ctrl and right ctrl, the remapping of LCTRL+q = ! or RCTRL+q = @ is available, which could effectively reduce the use of shift and make ctrl major.
More, I exchange the enter and right ctrl of my keyboard, thus I have two symmetrical ctrl.

Thanks!!! 😄

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating how this VS Code extension parses and registers key bindings, then check whether left- and right-control distinctions are exposed by the relevant keyboard API. Done means defining the supported binding behavior and validating it with focused key-binding tests.
