Description

Overwin intro, overwin is using easymotion across editor panels, does this implementation support that? It only seems to work for one editor panel per my test, if it's not supported, please consider adding this, thanks!

Research direction

Start with the linked EasyMotion overwin documentation and reproduce the behavior across multiple VS Code editor panels. Then trace the existing easymotion implementation to determine whether cross-panel support is absent; done means establishing support status and, if unsupported, making the motion work across panels.
