Knowing from past experiences that the web version of the Vim extension could break in a new release https://github.com/VSCodeVim/Vim/issues/7469, it would be a really good idea to add test for the web version of Vim extension

Add tests for the web version of Vim extension using https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-test-web. Even the simplest one, just checking if the extension can be activated in the web worker extension host would be really helpful
