Research direction

Start with the completion-key behavior described in the issue and trace the TypeScript implementation that handles Ctrl+N and Ctrl+P in VSCodeVim. Compare the current behavior with Vim's completion behavior, then verify that both keys fully complete the selected item rather than only moving through the completion list.
