Executing a recorded macro doesn't include anything that happens in insert mode
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- press 'qq' to start recording to q
- Press 'o' to go to create new line and enter insert mode
- Type '', in insert mode (or any other set of characters), then Esc
- q to stop recording
- @q to execute macro
Expected behavior
New line including empty quotation-marks and a comma ('',)
Actual behavior
New empty line, without any of the characters typed in insert mode

- Extension (VsCodeVim) version: 1.21.10
- VSCode version: 1.63.2
- OS: Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS
Additional context
I am 99% sure the issue is somewhere on my side but I cannot figure it out for the life of me so please help
