Description
Today I tried opening a new file with the command :e filename, but I couldn't access the : commands because there was no file opened.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to the access some : commands even if no file/buffer is opened. The workaround is to open any file and then run the : commands, but that costs some glucose.
