Describe the bug
gj behaves differently in Normal mode and VisualBlock mode.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Copy the following text.
  2. Type gj in Normal mode.
  3. Type gj in VisualBlock mode.
  4. When in VisualBlock mode, the cursor will shift to the right.

あaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
ああaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
あああaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
ああああaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
あああああaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Expected behavior
The cursor will move to the bottom of the screen in both modes.
