Last korean word is overproduced in only VSCode's integrated terminal.

Describe the bug
I use Mac Pro with Bigsur.
When I do change inputSource from Korean to Chinese using capslock, latest korean word is overproduced in only VSCode's integrated terminal.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open integrated terminal in VSCode
2. Type '마' in integrated terminal
3. Tap Capslock button in mac
4. '마' korean word appears twice

Expected behavior
When I tap capslock for changing input source, do naturally change input source.

Start by reproducing the listed steps in VSCode's integrated terminal on macOS Big Sur, using Korean input and Caps Lock to switch to Chinese. Compare the terminal's behavior with other VSCode contexts and inspect the extension's input-handling entry points. Done means switching input sources no longer duplicates the final Korean word.
