Description

Currently, motions set RecordedState.registerMode to declare themselves to be characterwise/linewise. Exclusive/inclusive is not handled on a system level (and thus is often handled incorrectly).

Each motion should have a linewise property (or similar). Then we can more sensibly handle rules like :help exclusive-linewise and :help forced-motion.
