Description

When I first type <C-V> into Visual Block mode, and then type [num] I, A..., it should insert the text [num] times, but it doesn't. I think maybe you haven't completed this function yet.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the sequence in VS Code Vim's Visual Block mode: , then [num] I or A and text. Trace the handling of Visual Block insertion and numeric counts. Done means the entered text is inserted [num] times as described.
