Description

Research direction
Reproduce the behavior in VSCodeVim by selecting multiple lines in visual mode and typing A, then compare it with Vim using the recordings in the issue. Trace the visual-mode handling for A; done means the command appends text only at the end of the selected text, with coverage for a multi-line selection.
