`visual_p` should delete visual range if the register is empty

Description
When you use visual mode to select a range of text, and then type "reg p command, Vim will delete the range (perhaps exchange the range with empty string) if the register is empty, but VSCodeVim does nothing.
I think it should delele the visual range if the register is empty when using p
