Description

I'm using Ubuntu 20.04, kernel 5.8.0, vscodevim version 1.18.9, I tried to use key for example:
5j to go down 5 rows below but it does not work. The same for h, k and l, but it worked on visual mode.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the reported behavior in VSCodeVim on Ubuntu with a normal-mode count such as 5j, then compare it with the same motions in visual mode. Done means numeric prefixes work with h, j, k, and l in normal mode without breaking their existing visual-mode behavior.
